Most founder-led businesses aren’t struggling for ideas. They’re struggling under the weight of too many open priorities, unclear ownership, and a founder who has quietly become the bottleneck for everything that moves.


Priorities are everywhere so nothing is actually moving. Every decision lands on their desk. The team is capable on paper but things keep dragging. They're reactive all day and somehow still behind, never getting to the things that actually matter.


They don't need another meeting or strategy or framework. They need someone to come in and handle it.

I'm the person founders call when the business needs to move and they're not sure how to make it happen.

I start by clearing momentum — picking off a few half-dug holes fast so the business feels movement while I'm learning the landscape. I'm watching patterns, inefficiencies, where things are getting stuck and why.


Then we get to the real work: identifying the North Star — the true vision for where this organization is going — and building everything underneath it. Clear priorities. Realistic timing. Ownership, accountability, milestones, and the structure to make it all hold.


I act as a true right hand to the founder. I bring their vision to life, hold the execution, and make sure the team is moving on what actually matters.
