Hi! I’m Mercedes — Founder of Mindful Blvd., creator of Chief of Self™, and Co-Founder of SynqrOS. 

But more than any title, I’m a woman who walked through the fire, questioned everything, and chose to build something better — for myself, for my family, and for those I’m here to serve.

For years, I was the high-functioning one. The achiever. The fixer.
Quite frankly, I knew how to get shit done — and I did.

Behind the scenes of fast growing companies and on leadership teams, I kept the wheels turning and the vision alive. But underneath it all, I felt disconnected — not just from the work, but from myself.

And then in 2019, I lost someone I loved deeply.
It cracked something open.
That grief became the beginning of my awakening.

I started questioning everything:
Why am I doing this?
Who am I without the performance?
What if there’s another way?

What followed was years of unlearning — of releasing old stories, toxic systems, and roles I’d outgrown. I stopped trying to fit in and started listening to what actually felt aligned.

And little by little, I began to remember who I really was — and what I came here to do.

Eventually, the path led me here — to what is now mindful blvd.

Not a business, but a living, breathing reflection of everything I believe:
That structure can feel sacred.
That growth doesn’t have to hurt.
That success can be soft, strong, and sustainable.

mindful blvd. is the space where all of that comes to life.
It’s where I hold space for transformation through strategy, rhythm, and soul — whether I’m partnering 1:1 with a founder through Chief of Self™, guiding a group through a moon circle or masterclass, holding room for release through Conscious Beats, or co-building a more aligned future through SynqrOS.
