For years I was the high-functioning one — the achiever, the fixer, the one keeping the wheels turning inside fast-growing companies. I was good at it. But underneath it all, I felt disconnected. From the work. From myself.

A loss in 2019 cracked something open and made me question everything. What followed was years of unlearning — and eventually, a much clearer picture of who I am and how I want to build. I share this because the founders I work best with know this feeling.

I've spent the last decade operating as a Chief of Staff, COO, and EOS Integrator inside founder-led businesses. I sit inside the mess with founders to figure out what's actually happening beneath the surface — then help them get moving again.

Decisions. Priorities. Half-dug holes. Follow-through. I solve the root issue, not just the symptoms, and create room for the founder to breathe and do their best work.

I've developed a methodology called Chief of Self™ — helping founders lead their businesses in alignment with how they actually operate best. 

Their energy, their timing, their decision-making patterns, translated into structure that sticks.

I don't believe work has to feel hard and I'm here to redefine business as a path to self-fulfillment.
